Book three will pick up a few months after the end of book two, A Fix On The Enemy. The powers in play in book two will be out for retribution, and it will be up to Frank to stop them.

“ The view into the roadside crevasse sent a chill up his spine, but it would serve his purpose. He gave a gentle nudge and allowed the man’s unconscious body to slide over the edge. The heavy winter clothing and the snowfall muffled the sound when it first met the cliffside, and silent seconds passed before he heard a final crunch and splash echo up from far below. The deep glacial lake was already starting to freeze over, and would not thaw again for months. The border patrol officer would be reported missing, but the body would never be found. He placed the man’s cigarettes and an empty bottle of Chilean pisco brandy near the cliff’s edge, just a few steps from the still idling vehicle, and hoped they would accept the easiest possible explanation.”
